We are ensembles on an area of almost 1 ½ acres, well decked up by an elegant medium size mansion, which is enveloped by a mist of trees flocking it on all sides. This is a good sign since it acts as a refreshing shelter from pouring rain or searing heat beat-downs. The entire area within the confines of the hall is adorned by beautiful flowerpots sprouting lovely flowers like rose and so on. The same helps in keeping the entire area around mesmerised by its fragrance and aroma.

2 Sheds, which is of 6,000 sq. ft. each. The entire area within the function hall is carpeted by elegant red colour tiles, which helps in doing away with problems of water logging and stagnation of any kind, which is a common occurrence during rain-showers. Spacious Kitchen, well ventilated and maintained by a staff, well versed in maintenance and cookery techniques. 2 spacious guestrooms well equipped with attached bath facilities. They are meant for bride and bridegroom set up folks. Internal Parking space for all kinds of vehicles. Extra parking space is also there to take care of excess vehicles. Facility of ready made overhead cover set-up in open air space within the function hall during periods of rain-showers. Easily accessible to all kinds of transportation hubs like city's airport, railway station and bus stand. Just a 5-minutes drive takes one to the hub. Store Room which is host to function accessories as tent house, lighting equipment and generator facility. Well trained and courteous staff on 24-hour service. Toilets in adequate numbers for both gents and ladies. The entire area is well wired by lighting facilities and looks perfect for night celebrations.
